WEST CRANBOURNE PRIMARY SCHOOL UPDATE - July 2012

alt Alarah's Frog-Pond Flourishes

It's official, Cranbourne West Primary School's amphibious-residents have moved in to their new home at Alarah's sustainable frog pond after waterscaping commenced last month.

Constructed in late 2011 in partnership with Alarah, the frog-pond is designed to house a teeming array of native amphibians, birds, reptiles, mammals and insects.

Swelling with fresh water and with the recent introductions of water lilies, shrubs and grasses, students are looking forward to critter-spotting as more wildlife take up residence in this wonderful ecosystem.

Combining modern facilities and innovative programs, Cranbourne West Primary School is a popular choice for Alarah families looking to enrol their children in a nearby school.
